Apple Releases iOS 14.1 & iPadOS 14.1 With 10-Bit HDR Video Playback

Apple on Tuesday released the iOS 14.1 as well as iPadOS 14.1 updates ahead of the launch of iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro devices on Friday.

The updates include added support for 10-bit HDR video playback and editing in Photos, improves compatibility with Ubiquiti wireless access points, bug fixes, and more. These issues were not able to be fixed in the initial iOS 14 launch last month.

The new iOS 14.1 and iPadOS 14.1 software updates are now available to download. You can go to Settings -> General -> Software Update to install it.
