GTA 5 released its first update of 2017 on Monday, adding the Pegassi FCR 1000 motorcycle and a new ‘Vehicle Vendetta’ Adversary Mode to GTA Online. Rockstar has also added GTA Online bonuses, including a 25 percent GTA$ bonus for vehicle exports and 25 percent off Special Vehicle Warehouse Renovations & Special Cargo Warehouses, Engine Performance Upgrades, Body Armor, Ammo, Throwables, Explosive Weapon Ammo and masks. Wha’ts more, the Grenade Launcher will be available for 50 percent off as well. The bonuses and discounds will take place from Jan. 3 to Jan. 16.
But wait, there’s more. Via GTA 5 tipster and YouTuber MrBossFTW, Rockstar is slated to release some new cars shortly. According to Twitter account @FoxySnaps, vetted by renowned GTA 5 tipster Funmw2, an in-game screen from GTA Online leaked unreleased vehicles that are expected to come to GTA in the future:
Based on this information, MrBossFTW predicts the next vehicles to be the Progen Itali GTB and the Debauchee Specter.
The two new vehicles look really great and reminds me of a McLaren 570S and a new Aston Martin. Still, we don’t know when Rockstar will bring the vehicles to GTA Online in a new update. That said, MrBossFTW does share a possible release date: According to the Rockstar’s Newswire, the 2016 GTA Online Festive Surprise will offer free seasonal sweaters, hats, masks and outfits until Jan. 9.
Given that Rockstar will have to disable the festive event with a scheduled tunable, it’s likely the Progen Itali GTB could be added in the tunable as well. What’s more, Jan. 9 is also a Monday, which conveniently matches the Pegassi FCR 1000’s Monday release also.
Next, Rockstar also mentions in its most recent Pegassi FCR 1000 and Vehicle Vendetta Adversary Mode announcement that discounts will run through Jan. 16, while a Dobule GTA$ and RP event will take place from now until Jan. 17. The Debauchee Specter is most likely to arrive during this window.
