Run the following commands in terminal to install the latest release of Krita painting and image editing program on Ubuntu Systems:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kritalime/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt install krita
sudo apt-get install krita-l10n

Ubuntu users can also install Krita 3.1 using AppImage: https://krita.org/en/download/krita-desktop/
