Microsoft’s revamped Xbox Insider Hub has just released

Microsoft has worked hard to support Xbox console beta testers with a revamped version of the Xbox Insider Hub application on Xbox One and Xbox Series consoles.

Revealed through an official Xbox blog post, the overhauled version of the Xbox Insider Hub has brought a bunch of improvements to the tool.

Firstly, Microsoft has now bundled the previously seperate Insider Hub and Report A Problem apps into one single program.

“This allows us to more easily maintain the code base for both apps and makes it easier to deploy updates and bug fixes,” Xbox said. “The Insider Hub on Windows remains the same and does not include problem reporting.”

Microsoft has made a few key changes to the Insider application that should make using the program less of a pain in the rear. Here’s the major changes:

Those who don’t wish to upgrade for whatever reason will still be able to use the original Insider Hub application. Even though that version is outdated and rather gross in comparison, it’ll simply be labelled as a Legacy version of the application.

If you want to install the updated app, head over to the new Xbox Store and search for the Xbox Insider Hub bundle. Not only will you get the revamped app for Insider content, but you’ll also get the included Report A Problem app.
