Interested in playing the Nintendo Switch while using a TV, and not having to squeeze your hands onto the small Joy-Con controllers? The Switch Pro Controller is now available to pre-order from GameStop, so act fast to get your wishes.
The Switch Pro Controller is a bit pricey, coming in at $69.99. That’s $10 more than your standard PS4 and Xbox One controllers. That is a bit of a bummer, especially if you plan on using your Switch on the go.
That being said, this is a pretty advanced controller. Motion support is included, along with the HD rumble features found in the Joy-Con controllers and built-in amiibo functionality. This means even if you’re gaming on the pro controller, you’ll still be able to feel the ice cubes fall into your virtual glass or whatever that demo was about.
If you know you want a Switch Pro Controller, be sure to act fast. Pre-orders will probably be going quickly, and knowing how Nintendo releases hardware, there aren’t going to be many to reserve in the first place.
