Microsoft has revealed what’s new for enterprise customers in the Microsoft 365 App.

Microsoft 365 has introduced a grid view option, which allows for easier content recognition, while the tagging feature helps better organize ‘My Content.’ Additionally, enterprise users can create and edit videos using the Clipchamp integration. This feature includes editing tools like trimming, transitions, filters, text overlays, audio controls, and screen/camera recording.

Other than this, a simplified file deletion process has been added to the Microsoft 365 app. This new feature lets users delete files directly from the Home or My Content sections.

Moreover, the Microsoft 365 app has extended its capabilities to mobile devices, which enables users to prioritize tasks, capture voice notes, convert images into data, sign PDFs, and respond to comments fairly quickly.

Finally, Through the web app’s search feature, Microsoft Graph connector content from third-party data sources can be added to enhance content discovery throughout the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The Microsoft 365 browser extension will be retired and no longer supported after January 15th, 2024. Users are advised to utilize https://microsoft365.com as a central location to access apps and documents. More about it here.
