  3. Click the New button and type a name for the new view
  4. Click the Conditional Formatting button and click the Add button
  5. Select a color, then click Ok.
  6. Click the Condition button.
  7. Click the field drop-down arrow, hover the cursor over Frequently used fields, then select Received.
  8. In the Condition list box, select Between.
  9. In the Value list box, enter 20 days ago and 30 days ago.
  10. Then click the View tab and select the rule you have created from the menu.

Click the New button.

A Create a New View dialog box will appear.

Back on the Conditional Formatting dialog box, click the Condition button.

This will open the Filter dialog box.

Click the Field drop-down arrow, hover the cursor over Frequently used fields, then select Received.

In the Condition list box, select Between.

In the Value list box, enter 20 days ago and 30 days ago. The Value box will specify the days of the email that you want to specify.

Then click the Add to List button; this will add the criteria to the Find items that match this list box.

Click Ok for all the dialog boxes.

Then click the View tab and select the rule you have created from the menu.

The emails with the rule criteria are highlighted in the inbox.
