Install Calibre 2.69 on Ubuntu

Run the following commands in Terminal to install Calibre 2.69 on Ubuntu 16.04, Ubuntu 15.10, Ubuntu 15.04, Ubuntu 14.04 and Ubuntu Derivatives:
