The “Arcade” tab is currently available in the Microsoft Store app version 22311.1401.0.0 and newer, and it sits right below the Gaming tab. You may need to change your system region to the United States to access it.
Once in the “Arcade” section, select a game and click “Play.” The Microsoft Store will open a new window and launch the selected game. A similar option is also available on Android’s “Play Games” from Google Play Store.

Microsoft announced instant games for Windows 11 in September 2023 with the launch of the Moment 4 update.
Instant games allow developers to launch their games within an app, making it easy for users to discover and try out new games without downloading them. It’s a win-win for both parties, as developers get more exposure. In contrast, users discover new games without taking up space on their devices.
Does the new “Arcade” tab make the Microsoft Store app a more attractive destination for Windows gamers?
