- The new laptop GPUs have three times the performance of Nvidia’s previous generation,
- It also announced the Geforce RTX 4070 Ti PC desktop graphics card, and more.
Nvidia had a lot to announce as part of its CES 2023 live event. The chip maker, trying to bounce back after calling off its planned Arm purchase just under a year ago, announced a new laptop GPU family, the GeForce RTX 40 series.
Starting on February 8, the higher-end GeForce RTX 4090 and 4080 laptop GPUs will be available to buy in laptops from many of Nvidia’s notebook partners. On February 22, the same will happen for the GeForce RTX 4070, 4060, and 4050 laptop GPUs.
