RTX 4090 already unveiled

Aware of the market discontent, Nvidia has decided to turn the tables and launch its new lineup for the spring.

To avoid problems and dependence on TSMC, Nvidia has decided to entrust the manufacturing of its new series to the Russian foundry Yolgakoff located in Ulaanbaatar, capital of Mongolia).

Unfortunately for the chameleon, the Russians don’t respect anything and a drunken engineer from the foundry decided to take a card and do some unboxing.

The first images allow us to see right away the weakness of the new range which uses 96nm etching to get around the shortages.

The card is therefore very large and will undoubtedly impose a new standard on the industry. To avoid disturbing the integrators, a clever “Direct Power” system allows to power the card by recycling your old power cord. Nevertheless, Nvidia announces a controlled TDP of 250W according to their internal measurement tools.

Finally, in order not to take his partners by surprise, the CEO of Nvidia immediately declared that this RTX 40 generation has many advantages including holographic raytracing. According to him, this card will be available as soon as the restaurants reopen, on May 15th for 999€.

In conclusion, Jensen said that this series would necessarily be the best launch Nvidia has ever done. To reconnect with the gaming community, a batch of cards will be sent 1 month before the launch to independent professionals such as Jojol, EnjoyPhoenix or McFly and Carlito in order to objectively inform the consumer.

NB: even if the desire was not there given the context, we still said we had to mark the occasion. All the interest in this article goes to Captains Workspace.
