Samsung Galaxy A25 5G: specifications, renders and announcement date

An insider with the nickname MysteryLupin published nearly complete specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G smartphone on the social network X. The informant’s report also includes a high-quality render of the device and the estimated date of its premiere.

According to the source, the gadget will be equipped with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz, peak brightness of 1000 cd/m², and support for EyeCare technology to protect the eyes. The insider also attributes the future new product to an Exynos 1280 processor, 6/8 GB of RAM, and a 128/256 GB drive in different configurations with the ability to install a microSD memory card up to 1 TB.

On the back panel of the device, there will be a triple camera with a 50-megapixel main sensor (OIS, PDAF), an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, and a macro module (2 megapixel). The front camera, embedded in a “drop” at the top center of the display, will receive a 13-megapixel sensor.

It is reported that the smartphone’s 5,000 mAh battery will support 25-watt fast charging technology. Other features of the device include a 3.5 mm audio output, a fingerprint scanner on the side, and One UI 5.1 firmware.

According to the insider, the Samsung Galaxy A25 5G will be presented on January 24, 2024, in black, green, and blue body colors. The price of the smartphone is unknown.
