After adding a bunch of new features in the last few months, WhatsApp will soon introduce one of the most anticipated changes. Although not everyone will be happy, as there will always be someone who finds it ugly.
This design change follows the Material Design 3 UI guidelines, making the new interface more modern. Those who don’t like it at first will probably get used to it over time.
The new WhatsApp interface not only brings a design change but also rearranges menus and functions. Soon, chat filters will be available at the top of the screen for easier conversation management. From the image, it appears that above the chats there will be tabs for unread chats, as well as categorized chats, such as personal and business.
The new version of the WhatsApp application will first appear in the beta program, so it is currently unknown when it will reach all users.
