The Windows 10 build 19045.4116 (KB5034843) for version 22H2 is available for download in the Release Preview Channel starting February 15, 2024. The update includes improvements for existing features and various fixes expected to arrive in the next monthly rollout of the operating system.
According to the official announcement, the update KB5034843 finally incorporates Spotlight for the desktop, meaning you can now use dynamic wallpapers from Bing by turning on the option from Settings > Personalization > Background. This is in addition to the existing Spotlight for the Lock Screen.
It’s interesting to see that the “Background” and “Lock screen” pages now include a notice to start a backup of the “Pictures” folders to your OneDrive account.
Also, the Share interface has been updated to share content directly into specific apps such as WhatsApp, Gmail, Facebook, and LinkedIn, along with improvements addressing issues in Azure Virtual Desktop sessions, game installations on secondary drives, Windows Hello for Business authentication, Microsoft Edge UI, Japanese IME, and Remote Desktop Web Authentication.
Windows 10 update KB5034843 new features and fixes
