‘WWE 2K17’ PC Patch 1.01: The First Update Fixes Some Issues, But Not All According To Users

While the next-gen console versions of WWE 2K17 has received numerous patches since the game’s release in the fall, the PC version has largely been forgotten. Fans of the game on PC has been vocal in their displeasure over the lack of support for the game on their mode of playing. Finally, after months of anticipation, 2K has released a patch for WWE 2K17 for the PC.

Many of the fixes in Patch 1.01, which can be seen from the patch thread on the WWE 2K message board, addressed lingering gameplay issues that has been in the game since its release. Also fixed in this patch were some elements of the visual presentation of the game, including stability bugs for players with AMD graphic cards. For the most part after waiting so long, the patch seems extremely light with fixes and the WWE 2K17 PC community is not completely satisfied with the length of this patch. Many players feel that the major glitches and bugs were not fixed and the fear now is that 2K may believe that one patch is enough for PC players.

Forum member vandn created a YouTube video showing ten of the most serious bugs for WWE 2K17 game on the PC. Check out the video below.

The video shows that there is still work to be done for PC users of the WWE 2K17. Forum member Sahaj put it best, stating that there are “still many bugs remaining to be fixed. Don’t ditch us this time around, 2K.” That is something that many PC users are hoping will not happen as 2K definitely has their work cut out for them on the PC side
