Vivo’s iQOO has introduced two new members to its Neo smartphone lineup – the iQOO Neo9 and the iQOO Neo9 Pro.
The iQOO Neo9 Pro is equipped with the Dimensity 9300 SoC, runs Android 14-based OriginOS 4, and offers up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The smartphone is also equipped with a Q1 chip to enhance the gaming experience by providing a stable frame rate. Additionally, it features a VC liquid cooling chamber of 6043mm² and a dual-layer capillary power pump to aid in heat dissipation for sustained performance.
The Neo9 Pro showcases a 6.78″ 144Hz LTPO AMOLED display of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels with 1,400 nits peak brightness and HDR10+ support. Vivo touts its “near hand control”, allowing users to use the screen when wet or sweaty. The display also includes a centered punch hole for the 16MP selfie camera and a fingerprint reader at the bottom for biometric authentication.

On the back, there is a dual camera setup consisting of 50MP primary (with OIS) and 50MP ultra-wide units, using the same sensors that the vivo X100’s primary and ultra-wide cameras use. The iQOO Neo9 Pro also features a 360º antenna design for improved signal reception and connectivity.
The complete package includes a 5,160mAh battery with 120W charging support. The iQOO Neo9 Pro also integrates stereo speakers, NFC, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4.
The iQOO Neo9, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, features an 8MP ultra-wide camera instead of the 50MP. It also includes Bluetooth 5.3 instead of 5.4 and different memory configurations.

The iQOO Neo9 and iQOO Neo9 Pro are available in three colors – blue, black, and red-white, with the latter being thicker (8.34 mm vs. 7.9 mm) and heavier (196 g vs. 190 g) than the other two.
Both smartphones are currently available for pre-orders in China through vivo’s official Chinese website, with sales expected to begin on December 30. For pricing information, refer to the table below.
